BSOL undertakes instruction in electronic devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. We teach the basic fundamentals including mail, internet browsing, backups, basic security, and system upgrades.

Mentors are allocated to hubs that are managed by a coordinator. They will assign learners to you, based on how many you wish to teach.

Mentors usually teach at the learner's home, although they may opt to learn at the local library or another location. We may occasionally request temporary assistance in adjacent hubs at times.
