Mentor Support Group

Mentors are invited to participate in these monthly meetings. This lively and well-attended group provides the opportunity for mentors to get together and discuss any issue they have, pass on experiences that may assist others, and get support to carrying out their mentoring role. Discussions often flow into a range of subjects covering cybersecurity, software updates, hardware challenges, and answering various technical or non-technical issues that may arise with learners.

Meetings are hosted at the BSOL  office–Mentors can meet face-to-face or connect via Zoom–and will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month (unless posted otherwise). For face-to-face attendees, basic refreshments of tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided.
